All orders require a written purchase order with PO number. All orders require a 50% deposit. Click here to download our Order Form and fax or email it to us.
Usually 3 weeks. For a faster turnaround, rush orders can be requested with 20% charge.
Change of Order
Any change of order requires a new purchase order. Please call us to cancel the old one and replace with a new order.
Shipping & Handling
We will ship products by available carrier. We can use your FedEx or UPS account for shipping if preferred. Handling fees are still applied.
Insurance coverage is offered only during shipping if requested by customer.
Payment is due within 30 days of billing date. Please pay by check. For the convenience of our customer, we will accept credit cards with a 3% usage fee.
All past due payments will be subject to 1.5% of interest per month.
Returns & Refund
We only accept return products when the casting quality does not meet our client's satisfaction. Damage by shipping or after the products leave our casting house is not our responsibility. Please check the items when you receive them and process any returns within 30 days. Refund will be credited to your account unless the total refund is requested by the client.
